Angel Lee - CEO

Angel Lee has been a past CEO for an MLM company and a multi-million dollar MLM producer with 16 years experience in the MLM industry. He has been a Presidential Award Winner in his previous MLM business, which in five years he was the only one chosen for this exclusive award, out of 700,000 distributors worldwide.

He has been a winner of an MLM Leadership Award. Angel has built global organizations as a distributor growing into over 21 countries.

He is highly respected worldwide in the Network Marketing Industry and has been paid up to $10,000 per hour as a Network Marketing Consultant. Angel has been a consultant to billionaires and has been a mentor to millionaires.



Craig Case – President

Craig graduated from the University of Utah in 1979, and immediately went to work for Xerox Corporation, where he twice excelled as the Top Sales Person in the United States. Craig joined Franklin Covey in 1988 and founded the sales division that serviced network marketing and direct selling companies around the world.

While at Franklin he shared the principles of leadership personal effectiveness with 80,000 direct sellers in 15 countries. Craig has consulted with such industry giants as Nu Skin Enterprises, USANA, Nature’s Sunshine Products, Avon, Amway and Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Craig is a past board member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), and served as president of Advantage Marketing Systems (AMS) and Enliven International, both nutritional network marketing companies.

Craig and his wife Marsha live outside Salt Lake City, and are at various stages of raising nine children. They enjoy their evenings after 11:00 pm.



Jeff Hill – CFO

Jeff began his career with an international accounting firm and worked with a var

iety of clients consulting, auditing and managing supply chains.

Jeff then went to work for an international network marketing company as the Director of International Finance. During his time

there he assisted in the opening numerous international markets,

acquired company acquisitions, developed a team to implement a global ERP system and ensured compliance with all the local rules and regulations.

Vickie Hansen – VP of Marketing

Vickie’s primary focus is brand development, corporate identity and training. Vickie’s expertise is creating a quantum brand which focuses on the invisible aspect of relationships between our preferred consumers and Associates. Her strength in developing Max’s brand instills the highest level of motivation – personalidentification, creating a powerful culture and creating long-term loyalty.

Vickie has been involved in numerous network marketing companies and has been a top recruiter. Her experience and understanding in the industry is an asset. Vickie’s zest for life has given her the opportunity to speak nationally on improving people’s lives and has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens and in Woman’s Day magazines. Vickie has taught courses for the United States Air Force, Internal Revenue Services and many other corporate and civic organizations.

Vickie resides in North Ogden, Utah with her husband, and is the mother of four children and a grandma to five grandchildren.


Kurt Richards – VP of International Development

Kurt Richards serves as the Vice President of International Development where he brings nearly nine years of Direct Sales and international business experience. International Development necessitates an extensive array of duties including strategic development, international law, foreign incorporation, product development and registration, corporate facility management, software integration, staffing, financial planning, sales and other duties.

Kurt’s innovative global focus has been built on the experience that international business requires the ability to see things from multiple viewpoints simultaneously; international business not only deals with traditional business functions and values, but there must also exist an understanding and effort to work within a global perspective that adds politics, culture, monetary variables, time, and distance to the business management equation.

Mr. Richards is a graduate of Southern Utah University where he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations; he also was awarded a certificate in International Relations and is a lifetime member of the National Political Science Honor Society. When he is not working overseas Kurt and his wife Kelsey live in Utah, they have three children.
